My husband and I frequent here often, especially for the beef jerky! This meat market is always clean and stocked with all kinds of fresh meat, seafood, produce, etc. There is an abundance of staff here to help, so you're never left without someone helping you. If you want fresh meat at reasonable prices, this is the place to go. This place is local, small business and a staple in the savannah area. Everyone is pretty friendly and courteous. The best time to go is during the week work hours. Weekends tend to be a little bit more crowded, and they are closed on Sundays. There is no paved parking lot, but there is plenty of parking. Depending on the time and day of the week getting there and getting out may be a bit of a hassle due to traffic. I have been coming here for years and I would recommend this meat market to anyone.

Kind of pricey...I got 6 slices of pecan bacon for $6 and the links are roughly around $2 each. First time buying something other than the meat packages which are decent quality for the price.

They are very professional and have fresh meat and a few other things. Their prices are less than going to a grocery store. I would recommend anybody to go get your meat from them, you will not be disappointed.

I love this meat market. All of the staff is very friendly number one. Number 2 the meats are amazing. It was so refreshing to get real chicken. It was nice to have normal size chickens not shot up with chemicals and hormones. Normal when I get pork chops from like Kroger or the likes no matter how I cook them they seem to never come out right. I decided to give it a try again since in comes in the meat deal package and they were amazing. Buying from them is so much better than going to big box retailers. I can’t wait until we go back next month. Also, please splurge and get the crab stuff mushrooms. They are to die for.

The meat is always fresh, flavorful, and fantastic. This week we were encouraged by their selections to do a “stuffed stuff” night and boy were we stuffed. A bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breast, a bacon wrapped stuffed mushroom, and a bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeño all over baby romaine lettuce. We can’t wait for the new expanded building to open.

My wife and I try to stop here anytime we are heading into Savannah. They have a wide variety of meats, fish, and poultry. On days that we are feeling particularly lazy, we will get some of their pre-cooked items which can be ribs, chicken meatloaf it’s just a wide variety. They’re always very helpful. They answer any questions that you have the only only complaint that I have is you gotta do a U-turn on a busy road to get into it

Great little specialty store. They have a wide variety of meats and seafood which includes standards as well as hard to find oddities like ostrich, gator, and rabbit. They make fresh jerky and summer sausages in a slew of flavors. They also have pre-made chicken and low country boil to order.
